Conciertoz.com is an online ticketing and event-commerce platform that connects fans with live concerts, festivals, and entertainment events across the United States and Mexico. Conciertoz acts as an authorized ticket distributor, not the event owner or promoter, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable, except in the case of official event cancellation by the organizer.
Prices listed on the site include applicable fees and taxes unless noted otherwise.
Each ticket is valid only for the event, date, and time stated at purchase.
The name and contact information provided during checkout must match the attendee’s ID presented at the venue.
Unauthorized duplication, resale, or alteration of tickets is strictly prohibited and may result in denied entry without refund. Conciertoz reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
The event organizer reserves the right to change or modify performance lineups, times, venues, and supporting acts without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be issued only for the face value of the ticket, excluding service and processing fees, unless otherwise required by law.
Postponed events will honor existing tickets for the new date.
Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and purchase. Users must not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt Conciertoz systems or misuse the site for illegal or commercial resale purposes.
Users assume responsibility for safeguarding login credentials and agree not to share or distribute them.
Entry to events is governed by the venue’s policies, including security screening, prohibited items, and age restrictions. Attendees must comply with all posted venue and local regulations. Disorderly, disruptive, or unlawful behavior may result in ejection without refund.
Attending live events involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, loud music, crowd interaction, lighting effects, and potential exposure to physical hazards. By purchasing a ticket and attending an event, you voluntarily assume all risks and release Conciertoz, event organizers, venues, sponsors, and affiliates from any liability for personal injury, property loss, or damages incurred before, during, or after the event, except where prohibited by law.
All site content, including trademarks, images, text, graphics, and logos, are the property of Conciertoz LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written consent.
Conciertoz collects and processes user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which details how personal information is stored, shared, and protected. By using the site, you consent to such data processing.
Refunds are granted only if an event is officially canceled and not rescheduled.
Conciertoz is not responsible for travel costs, accommodation, or other expenses related to canceled or rescheduled events.
All disputes must be submitted in writing to support@conciertoz.com within 7 business days of the event date.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Conciertoz LLC, its affiliates, and partners from any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the site.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
Conciertoz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
